 From the moment that I spoke with Cassandra on the phone, I knew she was going to be my coordinator. She was on point, clear about what I wanted and a pleasure to speak with. She asked questions about things I didn't even think about - and I've worked as a wedding coordinator before. She ensure the rehearsal was smooth and ensure every one understood their role. We were all very comfortable with her guidance. As for the wedding, Cassandra was able to smooth out bumps that were out of our control. What a wedding without a few surprises?!? Cassandra is amazing.  Worked with my budget.  Had done most of my planning by the time I came to her.  We could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline we felt good about. She was able to turn my vision to a reality to make our ceremony and rehearsal pure perfection. She was able to transform a small backyard into a breath taking garden reception for 100 people.  She made every table setting, centerpieces, cake table and appetizer setting. She went above and beyond by creating a beautiful one of a kind bouquet for my special day.  Cassandra is super friendly and easy to work with.  Super organized and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day and night.  I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Since our wedding, we are still unable to find the words to express our gratitude to Cassandra and her staff for ensuring our wedding day was perfect!  The planning started with the wonderful organization binder and follow ups and was completed with a wonderful rehearsal and picture perfect wedding day! Cassandra's attention to detail ensured our day ran smoothly and every detail was carried out even better than we had imagined. Cassandra was always a step ahead of us ensuring we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day.
