You are probably more familiar with the term “Day-Of Coordination”, but honestly? It is impossible to have a planner who hasn’t been involved with some of the planning that will completely understand your vision while only working with you a few weeks before the wedding.

Wedding Management is for those of you who are excited to plan your wedding but need some professional assistance along the way. And for those who definitely don’t want to deal with all the particulars on your wedding day.

Once we begin working together, you will have unlimited email interaction and access to our wonderful preferred list as well as our monthly emails to get you on track throughout the planning process. Which includes a personalized, detailed checklist to keep you on track, creation of your day of timeline and a thorough final meeting with all the details.

 We will be working with you from start to finish so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event is being managed by a professional. We become the point person for all of your vendors, create an extremely detailed timeline and schedule that is easy to follow, and we handle the minor issues that may arise. Let us do all of the behind-the-scenes coordinating so that you can truly enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime moment.

  • Starting upon booking

  • Unlimited email access

  • 2 hour finalization meeting about 8 weeks prior to the wedding

  • 1 meeting (phone or in person based on availability) and rehearsal

  • Monthly emails of tasks to complete for that month to keep you on track of planning

  • Preferred Vendor List

  • Introduction & finalizing with vendors

  • Creation of Timeline and Management of Timeline

  • Day of Management of Vendors & Coordination

  • Work with venue/catering staff to execute timing

  • All Day coordination or up to 9 hours coordinating set up, reception and clean up

  • Access to our “Bridal Emergency Kit”

  • Full Day coordination of set up, vendors setting up, set up of décor to includeChampagne Flutes, Cake Knife & Server, Sign-in Book, Card Box, Seating
    Chart & Favors

  • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and entire Reception (same location included)

  • Clean up of items to be taken home and check off list of all items leaving the venue
